The first post of Brighella Blog is an introduction into my thoughts on sharing the art of Drama to others. I recently was hired at a turn around school to help boost children's self identity. Children do not get enough of the arts in their lives, hopefully I will instill a love of expression and being into these 3rd-5th graders.
I choose the name Brighella Blog from the Commedia stock character Brighella. I have a love for Commedia, vaudeville, Chaplin, and others who use pantomime and movement to guide the audience through a story.
I love to learn new ideas. It excites me to think of all the creative bloggers out there to share and bounce off ideas to make our world more guided through the enlightenment of the Arts! J.
